I have been doing some research on the use of the general alarm during a collision and I was having some trouble discerning whether there were any rules or regulations (either statute based or from an organization like the USCG, AWO, or OSHA) that pertain to [I]when[/I] the alarm must be sounded during a collision. Most regulations I’ve found just discuss the requirement of testing and electricity requirements. Any help would be appreciated, and I apologize for any mistakes in etiquette as this is my first post on this forum.
