Buddy of mine has a rat’s nest of sea time. Will the REC/NMC evaluate his sea time, without applying for anything, so he can know how much more time he needs for unlimited and oceans endorsements, or will he be stuck paying someone to do it?
Does anyone know another way to get sea time evaluated?
