The developing storm over the eastern North Atlantic has not deepened as fast and has tracked somewhat farther east than expected a couple of days ago. It will still, however affect shipping traffic arriving or departing the Channel and traffic heading north or south across the Bay of Biscay and in the waters off the the coasts of Spain and Portugal.
