Oh that poor goat that the Aggie Band was strangling throughout that video…a more horrible sound could only be made by the USMMA marching band led by Maestro Kenneth R, Force, USMS!

Major/Essential Duties of Job: Directs the Sea Aggie Band in two weekly rehearsal sessions that are approximately 1 1/2 hours each.
Passes on musical knowledge and expertise to all players. Responsible for keeping players on tempo and helps guide them in expressing the music properly. Conducts the Sea Aggie Band in their public performances. Other duties as required.
Occasional Duties
Required Education and Experience Bachelor degree in music education or equivalent combination of training and experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in music environment. Have a great ear for proper tone and correct playing of a musical piece. Ability to play multiple instruments. Requires ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Education and Experience Experience in teaching music to young adults.
