Living in North Carolina not too far from many NASCAR teams, I picture a ship coming into drydock, and a bunch of people jump on it, change stuff, grab a big fuel can, top off the tanks, and BACK UNDERWAY IN 26.3 SECONDS.

We knocked a six-foot hole in the hull off the coast of Antarctica while on Deepfreeze 71 in February, flooding four compartments but made it back to Seattle, got the hull repaired and still got underway for Deepfreeze 72 in October. Like a Jiff Lube.
