I’ve just had a chance to watch some of Harry Thierens testimony on c-span… he’s not the same Harry I worked with over 20 years ago… sounds very much to me like the bp lawyers have gotten to him.
As regards ‘[I][B]…has nothing to say[/B][/I]’… it’s not surprising really since he no longer has any involvement in day to day GOM ops. The real person who needs to be answering these questions is Pat Obryan, who will get his ‘chance’ shortly!
