Seems to me that if they have the collection capacitiy then they should collect and determine the amount of oil spewing from the well first. And then decide from there if capping is possible before opening up a monstor.
These people are ass backwards, capping now without collecting could cover BP’s ass for total flow rates and the amount of the fine$.
But old Fat Allen always said it dont matter how much is flowing, it seems like he is protecting is retirment plan. Maybe he will dig his bags of money out a dumpster like some others have.
