Could the source of igniting the flame be from those sport fisherman , beneath the rig? they reported after they heard the hissing sound, then their eyes,face, were,burning, the young boy with past rig experience, yellled "“go.go.go”…and they fast forward their sport boat engines, and gunned in about a 100 yards, and then wittenessed the explosion. <they were college kids, fishing for tuna “bait” beneath the rig,at the time.
