I do not speak for CM1, who has proven he is totally capable of making you look like an ass on numerous occasions throughout this discussion. I don’t know the guy but technically speaking his arguments are consistent and make sense. BP is source of the root cause of this catastrophe. There has been ample evidence of this and their performance at PR after the blowout is plain for the world to see. All your posts have one underlying common factor - cover BP’s ass and deflect the blame and if that fails disrupt this discussion. I am also amazed at how the level of your English grammar changes at different times of the day. So cut the bullshit and quit trying to torpedo meaningful discussions on this thread. You guys are obviously shit scared of what’s being discussed here. Why else are you on call 24 hr/day to discredit any logical statement that proves BP 'fed up big time ?
Everyone knows BP screwed up. I need to know how, where, what time etc… I need the deatils of all events. It’s not enough for a criminal prosecution to just say they cocked up the design. If MMS approved a design I want to know why. How did BP convince MMS that the conversion was viable?
If you don’t ask the right questions you can’t prosecute. Naturally, all of this information is currently held with BP, MMS and the Gov’t. We don’t have half of the relevant information.
Remember one fact. All Operators must seek approval from the authorities on design issues. It’s not acceptable to say BP bought off MMS without proof. You can allude to the possibility. Better to seek the evidence than mouth off a bunch of ‘mumbo-jumbo’ that won’t stand up in a court of law.
Bottom line: The Gov’t is in charge of all operations on the US Continental Shelf. Or perhaps they aren’t!!!
You don’t like my grammar?
