If the relief wells are unsuccessful in the late summer early fall, the breakup of American BP is a certainty. … and that is exactly how capitalism should work. The assets of BP will be sold, and WILL BE operated by a firm or firms who have survived and who have the ability to raise the capital to acquire BP’s American assets in whole or in part.
