I owe no apology to the TO crew for any comments I’ve made. The problem is that people are steering away from TO because of the 11 crew who died.
We work in a tough environment and if something goes wrong you can be sure the details of the fault will be found. We may find it hard to comment today, but to get a fair balance as to what happened the circumstances surrounding the demise of the DWH have to be discussed.
