Can you give us a little of what they are saying? This looks really not good. I will say this. When you do a job like this there is always a chance of something like this occuring. You have to weigh the risks against the possible outcome if not good. In this case, since their flow rates were much higher than advertised, it was the right thing to do. However, when you are not honest about flow rates to begin with & something like what I think has occured happens, they will be castigated for causing further damage, when in fact, as bad as it looks, no further damage was really possible.
