Viking Cruises’ VIKING OCTANTIS is 665 feet in length, has a beam of 77 feet and can accommodate 378 passengers. It is the largest and most modern (Built 2022) expedition ship on the Great Lakes. The VIKING OCTANTIS is seen here on her maiden Lakes’ voyage up bound on the St Clair River in the rain after docking for the day at Detroit, Michigan. The ship originally departed Toronto, Ontario and will make stops in all the Great Lakes before reaching Duluth, Minnesota.

Could the pax that board in Toronto leave in Duluth, new pax board in Duluth and leave in Toronto w/o being in conflict with US rules??
