Work there at your own risk. The boat is a disaster waiting to happen. The salary listed in the ad is utter bullshit, you will be lucky to make $50k. The boat doesn’t work much. The owners are dead beats when it comes to paying the bills. and the boat is poorly maintained. They operate until failure and emergency repairs are the rule, no costly permanent repairs allowed. Crew safety is on paper only unless the Coast Guard is coming. One last thing, if you end up working there, bring your own cans of fumigation bombs before you stow your gear in the room.
