Bouchard crew concerns

Bob is Morty’s cousin?

Yes he is.
Silverback is talking out of his ass.
He is the type who wants you to believe he is I the know. Not a clue.

I worked at Bouchard, albeit years ago now, and that was how the Morty vs. Bob situation was explained to me.

If you have more accurate information please enlighten us.

They gave you access to inside information about different families, results of wills and financial information. If you worked there and were so intimate with everything as you seem to say, why did the dynamic between Morty and Bob have to be explained to you.

Bobby sold his share of the company years ago and yes I know this as a fact. It was after this that he started taking slops off of ships and doing some tank cleaning.

Fact- An item of knowledge or information that is true.
Bullshit-Nonsense, lies or exaggeration.
Hence your opening statement is in fact, not a fact, but bullshit.

It was after this he started taking slops off of ships and doing some tank cleaning ?
Can you explain possibly actually using a fact or two.

Surprised at how many peole are inside and in the know.

I’ve know the Bouchard’s since the 70’s and am 5th generation NY Tugboats. As for facts you can take it or leave it but what I said is the truth. As for the dates, way to much time has past for me to quote dates. I do know that Bobby was in charge of repairs and maintenance in the early 80’s as I did some repairs for them back then. Over the years both Bobby and Morty tried to get me to go to work for them but there was no way in hell that I would have done that.

Through my Father during the late 70’s -early 80’s, I attended more than one get together that had most of the owners and upper level employees in attendance, so you can believe what you want.

I think Tugs is quite credible on the Bouchard history. Don’t know him perhaps, but I was offered work there in the past, and like him, declined. Know more than a few of my fellow shipmates that did, and regretted it. I can only go by what information was traded with me then, and it matches up.

How do you figure? If they are incorporated (which they are) then there are shares.

nope

So you don’t know anything about corporations? Gotcha. Go do some reading and come back when you know what you’re talking about.

Come on’ Capt_Phoenix. You got to do more than that to educate the masses (or individuals).

The BTC website says they incorporated in 1918. Below is a brief description of what it means to be privately incorporate.

From the Wiki page:

“In countries with public trading markets, a privately held business is generally taken to mean one whose ownership shares interests are not publicly traded. Often, privately held companies are owned by the company founders or their families and heirs or by a small group of investors. Sometimes employees also hold shares of private companies. Most small businesse are privately held.”

Spent over 40 years dealing with over 50 corporations just like this. I could write about it, but I don’t need to read about it.

Then you should know that there are shares of the company. Why did you try to claim otherwise?

That’s an average of a new job/employer every 8 or 9 months. That’s wearing out some suitcases.

That would be true if each company only had one corporation it controlled.

Again-wrong.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Your one word “nope” or “wrong” replies curry you no favor and win you no arguments. If you have some information to back up your point, provide it. No one here believes you because you have offered no insight.

It is great that Capt. Phoenix is making an attempt, but it is clearly fruitless since you winning in your head seems to be all that you care about. Are you actually going to back up your opinion?
