I think this project needs legal advice rather than nautical.
At least half the ships i’ve been on were built overseas. Below are just the ships that am aware of.
All ARC ships (9) All Sealift inc (12) Maersk line ltd (30) Transatlantic (3) Hapag lloyd (at least 2) APL (4 that i know, I think they have more) NCL (3) I’m sure there’s more that i haven’t heard about.
