Sure it applies for Russians as Ukrainian drones are launched from the territory of NATO member called ESTONIA.
That is why Estonia is the loudest voice crying that when Ukraine is finished they are next on the menu.
I think that with their anti russian yapping and hostile actions their fear is justified. If I was in Putin shoes Estonia would be history by now and article 5 would not save them.
