When you go looking to defend the Jones Act, and I agree there are plenty of good reasons to do so, don’t use anything to do with the Puerto Rico shipping trade, especially Crowley Marine. Anybody that takes a hard look at that situation is going to be unimpressed. Not a good example for the Jones Act.
