Here’s a video capture example of the ship and tug escort training done at PMI. This taken from the work done with the B.C. Coast PIlots, training them in the use of ASD tugs in the escrot modes. Two full mission simulator bridges were used, the ship bridge being conned by the BC Pilots, and the tug bridge set up with a 65 ton bp ASD tug being operated by a Crowley assist tug Master.
And yes, I know there is no visible towline.
