If there are deck openings AMO can’t fill, AMO can send them to the MEBA open board.
But AMO will be crewing all deck jobs on the new Osprey ships and MEBA will crew 2/3 of engine jobs. No matter what happens with the AFL-CIO thing MEBA will still crew 2/3 engine while AMO crews 1/3 engine.
