Leaving it to bolinger or eastern it will either not only will it not be built or only partailly completed before the cost over runs cost the US tax payer an arm and a leg you you’ll get nothing
if US shipyards are anything like Canadian ones, they would be overdue and way over budget. that is not a reflection on the dockyard mateys. FINLAND HAS BEEN MAKING THESE THINGS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. Proven designs,good ships and capabilities.
