I am the owner of 32 Points Manning, LLC, a recruiting agency that does not charge the mariner any fee. We charge a small realistic one time fee to our client companies with no buyouts. We have a unique business model. We do direct placement (most of our jobs are permanent but we do have some temporary). I believe in transparency and honesty and try my best to follow a Buddhist philosophy of living. I have been through personal experiences, ranging from addiction to Parknison’s that have made me who I am. I believe that you should treat people the way you want to be treated.
