You’re right, and not the only one who views it that way. I felt like I was working for desperate bean counters. I gave them a little over two years as a J/E to get their act together as I do enjoy the people I worked with,it only got worse.

Great job if you love stress, working under a union contract and making a huge financial sacrifice in the name of “science”.
