Grounding of German Tanker 'Pazifik' in Indonesia - Report

Investigation Report about the grounding of the German ammonia tanker ‘Pazifik’ in the Lesser Sunda Islands (Sumbawa); due to discrepancies between the ECDIS and the original paper charts; on July 9, 2018

In a far away region, the Lesser Sunda Islands, this ship proceeded with ECDIS only.
While the original old paper chart showed the submarine rock, the ECDIS chart did not!
