Chouest will probably have it sanitized and an exorcism performed if it ever comes to the USA.

I doubt Chouest will be forced to take any union workers. There have been plenty of work boats coming up from the Gulf that have not taken union employees. Like the Fugro Enterprise, Gary Chouest, Sheila Bordelon, Jonathan Laborde, etc. Tidewater had some vessels performing survey work like the Regulus (LNTM district 5, week 18/2020) and the Royal (LNTM district 5, week 29/2020), Bordelon had the Sarah Bordelon (LNTM district 5, week 18/2020) . Have not heard anything about these vessels being unionized.
