[A developing Storm Low](http://www.opc.ncep.noaa.gov/shtml/P_sfc_full_ocean.gif)east of Japan (10th) will move northeastward deepening rapidly en route to the south-central Bering Sea by the 13th with max winds and seas Beaufort forces 10-12.
