I suppose I’m not the only one who saw this coming. Mr. Winkelman believes that the case has legs to stand on, and he should be well qualified to assess that. Where would a case like this be tried? Does the fact that the company has a HQ in LA mean that they’d be bound by a decision in a U.S court?
