I was responding to the issue of sedition at the nations capital on Jan. 6. I wasn’t aware any cities were burned down earlier. Citation of cities burned down please? The fact that no protester has yet been convicted of murder, or even charged with murder indicates pretty clearly that the deaths weren’t related to weapons. I might add that there’s no official cause of Sicknick’s death (some days dater) so saying people were charged for assaulting him is irrelevant if the assaults didn’t cause the death … and if they did, why not charge them with murder? Choke on that one. Yes, people died. I’m asking for the link between your mythical weapons and the deaths. Still none that I see. BTW. Your petty nastiness is childish. ---

Lots of people die every day. It seems you don’t care what causes their deaths and simply attribute all deaths related to that protest as the fault of the protesters. The Air Force veteran must have shot herself with the distant security officer’s gun. Easy. Case closed. Like your mind. You could always fall back on blaming Covid, fairy dust, miasma or unicorns. Just as plausible, but eeeeeeevil rioters is just too easy. I have no obligation to remain silent. Apparently, you muddle up freedom of speech with an accused’s rights. Basic stuff, but understandably difficult for you. ---

She was not a victim. She made herself a criminal earlier that day, was in the act of damaging government property, and attempting to break into a barricaded area where Congressional members were hiding. Verbal warning or not, she had a Law Enforcement officer pointing a gun at her, warning enough for most people. People get killed by LE for lesser crimes almost everyday of the week. I’d rather nobody got killed, but not losing sleep over it. ---
