TS Rina and Northwest Atlantic Storm

TS Rina formed over the weekend from the disturbance that was over the Southwest Caribbean Sea. Rina is now moving northwestward at about 5kt and will move over the Gulf of Honduras and intensify to hurricane strength by Tuesday night…Also A trough of low pressure off the southeastern US coast will develop a low center east of Cape Hatteras Monday night then deepen rapidly into a significant storm low south of Newfoundland.
