So were the maritime advisors “deep state” whatever the hell deep state consists of? Deep State reminds me of Woke, DEI, Me Too and the War on Christmas which are just distractions. Keep 'em distracted by silly crap while you pick their pocket and tank the economy. ---

I use the term “deep state” to mean the entrenched bureaucracy which is primarily looking out for itself. These are folks who have been feeding at the public trough longterm with very little accountability. People who think that they are the knowledgeable elites and that government needs to be bigger and more of an intrusive “nanny state” to save the little people from themselves. ---
