Found a piece of press about It:

At least it gives some detail about the work.

The last America’s Cup was different with the borders closed but in previous ones the companies responsible for the undersea cables have had a cable repair ship handy so the billionaire’s can keep an eye on their financials. I was invited to lunch on one and it was like going back in time. A steward was behind the bar with all the fixings preparing cocktails to order.
