I was trying to find out more information on getting my TOAR list checked off. I found Diamond Marine Services but I would like to find one closer to Houston. I’d appreciate any help, Thanks
Diamond and Sam are good. There arent many places that offer it outside an academy curriculum. If you are serious about getting your toar go to NY get it done and be able to start in the wheelhouse. If you are wanting to switch to towing and dont have a toar you are on deck. And from experience it is better to just start out where you want to be. Ive seen guys get stuck on deck for a year or two. Good luck
