[Ships routinely anchor in 100 meters,](https://forum.gcaptain.com/t/anchoring-in-deep-water/51200/2) off Fujairah for example. [Puget Sound has anchorages over 100 meters.](https://apps.ecology.wa.gov/publications/documents/0008004.pdf)

Can’t get recommended scope, have to keep a good eye on the weather.
