The boatyard is ill-served by their insurance company then. If they thought no one would buy their boats BEFORE, wait until word spreads that they will sue you for sinking one of their boats for making them look bad. ---

I would say it is most certainly one insurance company suing another. IMHO unless the CEO of the Italian Group takes his head from his fundamental orifice and takes charge this will end up as a classic lesson for management studies for years. ---

He already jumped off the cliff, no going back The other questions Was the stability book correct Was the boat altered since that book was issued I wonder if there is any data from the companies that quoted the mast assuming more than one??
