The Ocean Star museum in Galveston has a neat little exhibit about seismic ships with a model vessel and a cut-open airgun on the first floor of the rig. I first acted MWS, later as “Tow master & Rig mover” and as Marine Manager for a drilling contractor operating rigs of this (and other) type.
