Absolutely, I am guessing it will be close to shore so it will only affect inland traffic, and you can bet EVERYONE down there will know about it by watching the news. For those who still don’t know you can bet it will be all over “local notice to mariners” and the coast guard will be chatting it up 24/7 on channel 22A. I bet they will have some kind of temporary lights on the berms.
Imagine if a taker grounded on one of those sandbars and spilled.
