I did not think they even had funding to build that X-Bow yet…I guess that why the investor joining up.
Trying to find something definitive on this but in reading what I can find on the web is that there is a money connection between that effing billionaire punk and the Chinese which fits the story I was told that it is Chinese money that is behind [DELETED] in this. Perhaps Restis is playing the rainmaker who’ll be taking a nice piece of the action for his services… Who knows other than deepwater drilling remains hot property for big $$$ investors!

What my source had told me that the design was done and being sent to bid at yards in Korea and China. That was now 5 months ago so perhaps a contract has now been inked but nobody is saying boo about it. Hmmm…very interesting. The plot grows thicker every hour!
