Do they just keep printing all the classes you have taken or do they just list just main classes

They add endorsements, not classes. See 46 CFR 10.109. That’s the complete list.
So i guess the restriction is pulled off my license when i complete ecdis but they dont actually list it as an endorsement.
It’s silent. I just renewed mine with ECDIS. Got a phone call explaining while I would have it, it’s not listed. Otherwise, it would say"not valid on vessels after Dec 31, 2016"…

It’s a limitation, not an endorsement, i.e. it LIMITS what you can do with your endorsement. That’s why it’s not listed in 46 CFR 10.107.
