Ivan68 said he has entry-level endorsements, so all he probably needs is the Basic training refresher. However, you’re right as far as anyone renewing “management level” STCW endorsements, they would need the Leadership and Managerial Skills course.

I spoke with both NMC and SeaSchl need to take 2 day refreashet course, Dec was soonest i could get Apt. Thank you.
