Is Candies still paying day rates based of license held if sailing in a lower position? Curious what it would be like for Master AGT?
Yes, you need no experience only a piece of paper. They are the only company that pays for a piece of paper that’s not required. They attract alot of UL folks that cant make it anywhere else. All you need is that piece of paper and you make a high wage running 3rd or 4th mate or AB/Mate.
