I can’t remember were i heard this:
If you are a 3rd N/C and test for oceans then get any other license say 1600T Master cross over you would be asked to test again for oceans if you took the N/C cross over. Some one was saying don’t take oceans till you get everything you want THEN take the oceans exam and apply it to all.
Is that really how that works? Its not a one and done thing that you can apply later on?
