Yes, that sucks, I used REC NY for my testing, and now have approval to test for QMED, studying up to test soon, guess I will use Boston.
Lower Manhattan was hit with the brunt of the storm surge flooding the subway, the Battery tunnel, the Holland and Lincoln tunnels and the Mid-town tunnel as well. Path trains were flooded out and only running now with limited service. Most of the tunnels are open, but not all.
The NY REC is likely to be out of service for a good while.
Don Jon was onsite here (Battery Park USCG station) the day after the storm last week already with a barge/crane and at least one boat. Repairs underway.
