New BIMCO contracts are under development

A slew of new BIMCO contracts and clauses are coming this year and next:


That includes both SUPPLYTIME and TOWCON that is widely used in most parts of the world.

BIMCO is not alone in renewing contracts used in shipping.
A new Shipbuilding Agreement is being tested out in Japan
