Dear Members- An article that I recently wrote was placed on [http://www.theartofdredging.com/jonesactii.htm](http://www.theartofdredging.com/jonesactii.htm). It is nothing fancy but gives a good basic “starting point” understanding of the law covering injured seaman. There are obviously a thousand sub-issues involved but its good for a start. I hope you like it. If you have any questions or comments [positive :)or negative :(], please let me know. I am hoping to try to post more articles if you think it would be a good thing.
