# Mystery vessel, please help me identifying it

Good day floating folks,

I am new on the forum, hope to be frequenting this site a lot.

The main reason why I registered is this question I have been having.  
You see, I spotted this (ex?) Ro-Ro vessel anchored a few miles off shore Sharjah:

No IMO number, no name…no AIS.

Rumour has it that it`s been used as a mother craft for smaller customs inspection boats; which would explain the accommodation on the main deck I guess.

Can anybody help me with an IMO number, please?  
I would love upload the pictures to a few sites.
