i got a job with msc and need to complete the eqip background check. 5 years ago back at the academy i got in a bar fight, and the school made me go to alcohol counsiling. should i omit this when they ask if ive ever been to counsiling, or should i include it? just how hard do they look into your records? and if i do put it down is it a total deal breaker?
