What crimes can prevent you from getting the MMD?
Can an open warrant for any crime prevent you from getting the MMD? or only open warrants for those crimes that prevent you from getting one.
I have a bad check warrant that the DA refuses to clear up. I have tried to turn myself in at his county jail and they refuse to deliver the warrant. I believe he just gonna let the statue of limitations run out since I already paid off the check
