So the new MMC has my address in it…now my old address. How does one go about changing it, should I bother, and/or what difference does it make?

Yes, you’ll need:
For your MMC:
Sixteen passport photos
A completed application, with statements attached regarding all your past drug use and convictions. If nothing has changed, make sure you include copies of each copy of each statement.
Two utility bill copies showing your old address
Six utility bill copies showing your new address
A notarized statement attesting to the fact that you have moved
A note from your Mom
A copy of your deed/lease/rental agreement
Visit pay.gov and pay $100.00 for evaluation and $40.00 for issuance
A completed physical
A drug test
You mother’s maiden name
For your GMDSS license:
Visit fcc.gov, log in, update your address, open your mailbox in three days and take out your new license. No charge.
Golly gee! I shouldn’t have expected less…
