With 3rd Mate unlimited, your ratings endorsement should be listed as “any unlicensed rating in the deck department, including Able Seaman” The AB endorsement would be considered to be AB-unlimited. Your “id” umber is listed as the mariner reference number. This never changes as you renew and/or upgrade.
