Hi All. I am a mechanical Engineering student and i’ve been tasked to perform Hydrostatic and Hydrodynamic analysis of a tri-floater semi-submersible platform carrying a horizontal axis wind turbine. From my analysis, the structure Has an Angle Of Inclination (AOI) of 10deg because of of the moment created by the mounted rotating wind turbine. Is it possible to reduce this Angle of inclination using the three ballast system that is inside the three floater columns. Kindly help.
